Returns & Exchanges
RnRMarineStore.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. A Product Return Number is required for all merchandise being returned via mail or UPS. Returned products must be complete in the original UNOPENED packaging and resalable, with a receipt. Returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsiblity of the buyer. Full credit will be issued when the return is due to our error. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs and cartography, as well as paint, cut goods, books & manuals and all closeout items are not returnable.
To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to richjr@RnRMarineSupply.com.com listing "RMA" in the subject line, or by calling (781)740-1010. Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Merchandise may also be returned at our store, accompanied by the receipt.
For items damaged in shipping, a claim needs to be filed with the carrier, save all packing materials. We will assist as best we can with the claim process.
Warranties are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer and the final determination of warranty adjustments rests with the manufacturer of the product and warranty. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER. We will do all we can to expedite warranty adjustments but cannot assume responsibility, which is that of the manufacturer.
